PURPOSE: To provide the capsule device for medical treatments which can selectively and surely spray drugs or absorb bodily fluid in a desired section without the need for installing a large-scale device on the outside of the patient's body and without the possibility of exposure, etc., to the patient.

CONSTITUTION: The capsule device for medical treatments which releases the drugs or collects the bodily fluid in the desired section within a living body consists of a thermal driving means 8 which is provided in a capsule 1, a chemical exothermic material 13 which generates heat by inducing a chemical reaction with the bodily fluid and a reservoir 6 which is changed in its capacity by driving of the thermal driving means 8.
