Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of treatment and utilization of kitchen waste, in particular to a method for producing a small-molecule organic energy fertilizer by using kitchen waste and an energy fertilizer product. The method for producing a small-molecule organic energy fertilizer from kitchen waste comprises the following steps: S1, raw material pretreatment; S2, chemical catalytic hydrolysis reaction; S3, solid-liquid separation and deoiling; S4, filtration, concentration, and desalination; S5, ingredient mixing; and S6, spray drying. The small-molecule organic energy fertilizer made by the production method of the present invention has the advantages such as high fertilizer efficiency, easy absorption, and high organic matter content, can improve the soil and increase the quality and yield of crops. In addition, the production method achieves the effect of treating kitchen waste while producing the organic energy fertilizer, no toxic and harmful gases are generated during the treatment process, and the resource utilization of kitchen waste is achieved.
