Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a solar battery. A method for producing a solar battery according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an n-type film depositing step of depositing a first conductive region, which is a silicon layer containing n-type conductive impurities, onto a first surface of a semiconductor substrate made of a silicon wafer material; and a p-type film depositing step of, after the n-type film depositing step, depositing a second conductive region, which is a silicon layer containing p-type conductive impurities, onto a second surface of the semiconductor substrate, wherein a first deposition temperature in the n-type film depositing step is higher than a second deposition temperature in the p-type film depositing step. In addition, a method for producing a solar battery according to another embodiment of the present invention may further comprise: an n-type film depositing step; a p-type film depositing step; a transparent electrode depositing step of, after the p-type film depositing step is performed, depositing a first and a second transparent electrode layer onto a first and a second conductive region; and an electrode firing step of applying paste for a first and a second contact electrode onto the first and the second transparent electrode layer, respectively, and firing same, wherein a heat treatment temperature of the electrode firing step is higher than a first deposition temperature in the n-type film depositing step and a second deposition temperature in the p-type film depositing step.
