Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a standard material for chromatographic analysis of low-concentration cannabis. The method for producing a standard material for chromatographic analysis of cannabis according to the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring a cannabis extract containing cannabinoid ingredients from medicinal plants by extraction equipment, passing the cannabis extract through multiple columns for a serial continuous process to produce a target solution containing at least one cannabinoid ingredient; and mixing the target solution with a diluting solvent, wherein the cannabinoid component contained in the target solution includes 16 substances (PK-16 reference solutions) such as cannabichromene (CBC), cannabichromenic acid (CBCA), cannabidiol (CBD), cannabigerol (CBG), etc., and the diluting solvent contains at least one of methyl alcohol, water, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetic acid, formic acid, chitosan, ammonium sulphate, acetonitrile (ACN), unsaturated fatty acids, omega 3, and omega 6.
