Title:
METHOD FOR EXTRACTING PLANT-DERIVED EXOSOME, EXOSOME ISOLATED THEREBY, AND COSMETIC USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/085419
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides: a method for separating an exosome whereby the separation efficiency of an exosome can be increased and an exosome having high stability can be obtained; and a cosmetic material composition including an exosome having improved wrinkle amelioration, cell growth, and anti-inflammatory or anti-aging effects. Disclosed is a method for extracting a plant-derived exosome, the method comprising: (a) a step for washing and squeezing a plant to obtain a plant juice; (b) a first centrifugation step for centrifuging the plant juice to obtain a first supernatant; (c) a second centrifugation step for centrifuging the first supernatant to obtain a second supernatant; (d) a step for subjecting the secondary supernatant to tangential flow filtration (TFF) to obtain a separated product; and (e) a step for adding beads to which an antibody is attached to the separated product to obtain a plant-derived exosome extract. Also disclosed a cosmetic material composition comprising 0.1 to 20 wt% of a plant-derived exosome with respect to the total weight of the composition
