Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing ultra-high purity isopropanol by using a resin purification method. The method comprises: sequentially performing molecular sieve dehydration and reverse osmosis treatments on industrial isopropanol, and then temporarily storing same in an isopropanol raw material tank; drying nitrogen by means of a drying column, and then introducing the dried nitrogen into the isopropanol raw material tank; under the cooperation of a power pump, introducing an isopropanol raw material in the isopropanol raw material tank into a mixed resin exchange column by taking the nitrogen as a carrier; and adjusting the pressure and the flow velocity of the isopropanol introduced into the mixed resin exchange column, and purifying the isopropanol by means of the mixed resin exchange column, so as to obtain the ultra-high purity isopropanol. The mixed resin exchange column is filled with a mixed bed resin formed by mixing an anion exchange resin with a cation exchange resin, and the mixed bed resin is prepared by performing high-purity water, high-purity ethanol, high-purity sodium hydroxide, and high-purity hydrochloric acid treatments in sequence, and then washing by the high-purity water, and finally performing exposure to ultraviolet radiation. The ultra-high purity isopropanol prepared by the method meets the SEMI C12 standard.
