Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a vane having an inner layer vane on the inside of an outer layer vane, and a rear space on the rear of the inside. The method comprises the steps of (a) forming an inner layer vane woven-fiber formed body composed of reinforcement fibers on a jig having a shape corresponding to the shape of the inner surface of the inner layer vane, (b) forming an inner layer vane by impregnating the inner layer vane woven-fiber formed body with a matrix, (c) removing the jig, (d) forming a combined body by combining an auxiliary jig having a shape corresponding to the shape of the rear space and the inner layer vane, (e) forming an outer layer vane woven-fiber formed body composed of reinforcement fibers on the surface of the combined body, and (f) forming an outer layer vane by impregnating the outer layer vane woven-fiber formed body with a matrix. According to the method, a vane wherein the thickness of the rear edge of a vane is suppressed, and the turbine efficiency can be improved, can be produced.
