Abstract:
A method for reducing EMI in a system operating periodically by a fixed sampling frequency comprises the steps of: reading a digital signal converted from an analog signal received from a sensor; generating, in a software-manner, a modulated time delay in every period of the fixed sampling frequency; starting a digital signal processing algorithm by applying the modulated time delay; and transmitting the digital signal to another device through writing. Therefore, an EMI level can be lowered by spreading an EMI spectrum through the time delay modulated in a software-manner.
