Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for sorting nerve cells on the basis of extracellular potential. More particularly, the method of the present invention comprises: classifying nerve cells by the hierarchical clustering method or principal component analysis (PCA) with the use of extracellular potential parameters before adding a drug; predicting the drug-response of the nerve cells on the basis of the classification result thus obtained; and sorting the nerve cells on the basis of the prediction result thus obtained.
