Abstract:
A convenient method of stabilizing peptides contained in a biosample, and a relevant stabilizing reagent; a convenient method of preserving a biosample containing peptides, and a relevant preserving reagent; and an accurate method of measuring peptides contained in a biosample, and a relevant measuring reagent. By adding a member of sugars to a biosample, there can be attained stabilization of peptides contained in the biosample, preserving of a biosample containing peptides with the peptides held in stabilized form, and accurate measuring of peptides contained in the biosample. Accordingly, as peptides contained in a biosample taken in clinical test can be stabilized, in clinical test, there can be accurately measured peptides being markers of the biosample.
