Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for the surface metalization of a ceramic dielectric filter, and a product and the use thereof. The method comprises the following steps: chemically plating nickel onto a surface of a ceramic substrate which has been subjected to roughening processing, so as to obtain a ceramic substrate with a nickel-plated layer; sequentially performing chemical copper plating and electroplating copper onto the surface of the ceramic substrate with the nickel-plated layer to obtain a ceramic substrate with a copper-plated layer; and plating silver onto the surface of the ceramic substrate with the copper-plated layer, so as to obtain a ceramic dielectric filter with a metalized surface.
