Abstract:
A method for switching an interface on the basis of running time, comprising the following steps: recording a treadmill interface corresponding to a total quantity of time (S101); reading the current total quantity of time (S102); and, on the basis of the current total quantity of time, matching a corresponding treadmill interface (S103). Also provided is a treadmill using the present interface switching method.
