A method for switching interface interactions, comprising the following steps: recording the interfaces of a treadmill that correspond to each total mileage (S101); reading the current total mileage (S102); and according to the current total mileage, matching the corresponding interface of the treadmill (S103). Also provided is the treadmill that uses the method for switching interface interactions.
