Abstract:

According to the present invention, a high-quality polyhydroxyalkanoate resin having excellent color quality can be reliably produced by monitoring the color value during the process of purifying a crude solution containing polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) and controlling the conditions of a purification step in real time on the basis thereof.
