Abstract:
A method for identifying a target area of a digital pathology slide, comprising: acquiring a pathology slide scanning image (102); inputting the pathology slide scanning image into a preset deep learning-based identification model (104); extracting a contour feature of the pathology slide scanning image by means of an image contour feature extraction sub-model to obtain a contour image (106); segmenting the contour image by means of an image segmentation sub-model to obtain multiple sub-contour images (108); separately classifying and identifying the multiple sub-contour images by means of an image classification sub-model, so as to obtain an area category corresponding to each sub-contour image (110); and determining a target area image according to the area category of each sub-contour image (112). Thus, the scanning efficiency and scanning quality of a pathology slide is improved, the accuracy of a target area image is improved, and digital pathology slide memory space is reduced. In addition, further provided are a system and device for identifying a target area of a digital pathology slide, and a medium.
