Abstract:
A method and system suitable for living body long-term endogenous imaging, the method comprising: collecting an original endogenous signal image and digitizing same to obtain a first bit depth image; converting the first bit depth image into a second bit depth image, the second bit depth image being an intensity map in which no endogenous signal can be observed; for the second bit depth image, performing motion correction on an intensity map of a grayscale value range to obtain an inter-frame sub-pixel offset; using the inter-frame sub-pixel offset to perform motion correction on the first bit-depth image; and extracting an endogenous signal from the corrected image. By using the present method, effective long-term motion correction may be carried out on highly sensitive endogenous sensing images and shockproof requirements for an experimental environment can be reduced, benefitting the use of the present invention in intraoperative observation.
