Abstract:
A method for transferring light emitting diodes for a display according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: producing a wafer having unit pixels; cutting the wafer on a temporary substrate to singulate the unit pixels; measuring electrical or optical attributes of the singulated unit pixels; and transferring unit pixels selected according to the electrical or optical attributes to a carrier substrate, wherein the selected unit pixels are transferred to the carrier substrate in predetermined unit areas encompassing multiple unit pixels.
