Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method for transmitting a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block (SSB), and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving at least one of N SSBs; and the terminal device determining a time position of a first SSB according to a serial number of the first SSB among the at least one SSB, and sending parameters, wherein the sending parameters are used for determining N candidate sending positions for transmitting the N SSBs within one period T1, the N candidate sending positions are located on at least two system frames, and the sending parameters comprise one or more of the following parameters: a scanning period T3, the number of candidate sending positions comprised in each system frame, the time interval between two consecutive system frames comprising the candidate sending positions within each period T1, and the number of system frames comprising the candidate sending positions within each period T1. In the present application, more SSBs can be transmitted within one period T1.
