Abstract:
A composite method and apparatus for coating in different manners and coordinated control of applied weight. Two coating manners, i.e., five-roller transfer coating and engraving concave roller coating, are used for coating a surface layer and an inner layer of a composite substrate respectively with an adhesive A and an adhesive B of two-component adhesive. The applied weight by the two manners is controlled in a coordinated manner by using different applied weight control manners for the two manners, such that the applied weight of the adhesive A is kept in a certain proportion relative to the applied weight of the adhesive B, the total applied weight satisfies the requirements of low applied weight and/or reaction curing of the two-component adhesive, then two substrates are rolled up with the coated surfaces facing each other, and a composite film produced by the method has the advantages of reduced curing time after discharging, high precision of the applied weight, good uniformity at extremely low applied weight, and desirable control operability, and can achieve large applied weight.
