Abstract:
This method for treating an artificially colored or decolored keratin substance or fiber for a head ornamental product with a composition comprises a step for applying the composition to the keratin substance or fiber for a head ornamental product, wherein: the composition contains (A) a silicone film-forming agent, and (B) an organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of at least 100; and the proportion [(A)/{(A)+(B)}] of the content mass of the component (A) to the total content mass of the component (A) and the component (B) is at least 10%.
