Abstract:
A method of updating label information of an electronic shelf label system, and an electronic shelf label system, applied in the field of electronic shelf labels, comprising: receiving, by an electronic shelf label, a label information update request sent by a product management system, and acquiring a display region identifier tag and associated product update information in the label information update request (S101); and controlling by an electronic shelf label the display region identified by the display region identifier tag to display and output updated product information, to complete updating of label information of the product associated with the display region (S102). The display device is divided into plural display regions, so as to display label information of corresponding plural products, thus simplifying a product label information update process, and increasing communication efficiency when updating product label information.
