Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for using industrial-grade butyllithium to prepare high-purity lithium sulfide. The method for using industrial-grade butyllithium to prepare high-purity lithium sulfide comprises the following steps: step A: under inert gas conditions, thoroughly mixing 1.5-2.5 g of lithium chloride, 0.5 L of an industrial-grade n-butyllithium solution (2.5 mol/L) and 1.5-2.5 L of n-hexane to obtain a mixed solution, and placing the obtained mixed solution in a sealed container; step B: under sealed conditions, introducing H2S gas into a gas-washing bottle via a submerged pipe at a rate of 10.5 L/h, then introducing into the mixed solution obtained in step A via a submerged pipe, controlling the reaction temperature to be 25-40°C, and continuously stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours to obtain a reaction slurry; step C: under inert gas conditions, using a G3 sand core funnel to filter the slurry obtained via the reaction in step B, to obtain a crude lithium sulfide solid wet material. The method for using industrial-grade butyllithium to prepare high-purity lithium sulfide has a simple process, high yield and high economic value, and is suitable for industrial production.
