Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for visualizing and detecting a primo vascular system of the brain and the spinal cord, and provides a method for visualizing and detecting a primo vascular system distributed in the brain and the spinal cord by injecting a visualization agent in the lateral ventricle of a live animal and having the agent well absorbed into the primo vascular system distributed in the brain and the spinal cord. The present invention comprises: an anesthesia step for preparing a live laboratory animal group and anesthetizing same; a penetration hole preparation step for preparing, on one side of the cranium, a penetration hole that penetrates the cranium; an injection step for injecting the visualization agent to the ventricle of the brain through the penetration hole; and a detection step for detecting the visualized primo vascular system of the brain and the spinal cord by acquiring the brain and the spinal cord of the animals after a set amount of time has passed, and following the movement path of the visualization agent mixed with the cerebrospinal fluid.
