Abstract:
In a winding process of a laminated battery or condenser, the process can be simplified and speeded up by using a separator when proceeding to the next winding operation after completion of a winding operation. In an electrode winding process in which a pair of electrodes (2, 3) having a length necessary for one product and separators (4, 5) interposed therebetween are wound around a core (9), after the electrodes (2, 3) and the separators (4, 5) are wound around the core (9) at a winding station (B), only the electrodes (2, 3) are cut and then the electrodes (2, 3) and the separators (4, 5) which are wound around the core (9) and a new core (9) around which next winding is to be performed are moved to the next station (C) and the winding station (B), respectively. Subsequently, the separators (4, 5), which are wound around the core (9) at the next station (C), are made to approach the new core (9) positioned at the winding station (B), are firmly fixed to the new core (9), and then are cut between the next station (C) and the winding station (B).
