Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to methods and apparatuses for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. An exemplary method of the present disclosure includes: receiving first downlink control information (DCI) indicating a common transmission configuration indication (TCI) state for downlink (DL) transmission in a dedicated search space set, wherein the dedicated search space set is configured as a type of search space set where a TCI field is always present in each DCI transmitted in the dedicated search space set for indicating a common TCI state, and determining a TCI state for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by a second DCI after the reception of the first DCI, wherein the second DCI is different from the first DCI or the same as the first DCI.
