Abstract:
Methods and apparatuses for sub-band full duplex (SBFD) operation are disclosed. The method (300) performed by a base station (20) includes performing, by the base Station (20), an SBFD operation using a configuration of the SBFD operation or an indication to the user equipment (UE) (10), wherein the configuration of the SBFD operation includes an uplink (UL) sub-band in downlink (DL), or flexible slots/symbols or DL sub-band in UL, or flexible slots/symbols along with UL/DL sub-band configurable parameters, and/or a management of a co-existence of an SBFD capable UE and a legacy UE (310).
