Abstract:
Disclosed are an Mg-Zn-Zr intermediate alloy and a preparation method therefor, wherein the Mg-Zn-Zr intermediate alloy comprises the following composition by wt%: 20%-50% of Mg; 3%-5% of Zr; the balance being Zn and inevitable impurities. The intermediate alloy and the preparation method therefor disclosed in the solution of the present invention have a high current efficiency and a low product cost. The produced product has no slag inclusion, a low oxygen content, uniform ingredients, and less segregation, and has a higher quality stability in long-term continuous production.
