Abstract:
Provided is a pocketed spring core production device (100) and a method, wherein the pocketed spring core (200) production method comprises: conveying a first pocketed spring string (2011) from a first conveying position to a first pushing position along a first conveying direction; conveying a second pocketed spring string (2012) from a second conveying position to a moving position along a second conveying direction parallel to the first conveying direction; and the moving position and the first pushing position are arranged side by side in the pushing direction orthogonal to the first conveying direction and the second conveying direction; moving a second pocketed spring string (2012) to a second pushing position along the pushing direction, and the second pushing position is located between the moving position and the first pushing position; simultaneously pushing the second pocketed spring string (2012) and the first pocketed spring string (2011) to an assembly area along the pushing direction to be made into the pocketed spring core (200).
