Abstract:
This micro-fluid chip has: an introduction passage through which fluid is introduced and flows; a reaction liquid storage chamber in which a reaction liquid is stored, the reaction liquid storage chamber being in communication with the introduction passage; a reaction test chamber into which flow a liquid specimen and the reaction liquid introduced to the introduction passage from the reaction liquid storage chamber, the reaction test chamber being connected to the introduction passage; a reaction liquid conveyance pressure pump chamber that is covered by an elastically expandable diaphragm and sends the reaction liquid stored in the reaction liquid storage chamber to the reaction test chamber through the introduction passage, the reaction liquid conveyance pressure pump chamber being in communication with the reaction liquid storage chamber; and an air flow hole by which air inside the reaction test chamber is discharged to outside, the air flow hole being in communication with the reaction test chamber. At least the reaction test chamber is visible from outside.
