Abstract:
Disclosed is a microchip transfer system, comprising a storage device for placing a microchip, a pick-up device for picking up the microchip, an electrical test device for testing the microchip, and a receiving device for receiving the microchip. The electrical test device comprises a test electrode and a test circuit; one end of the test electrode is connected to the test circuit, and the other end is a free end; the microchip comprises a chip electrode and a carrier; the electrical test device and the pick-up device are fixedly mounted on the carrier; the free end of the test electrode is connected to the chip electrode when the pick-up device picks up the microchip. According to the present invention, by fixedly mounting the pick-up device and the electrical test device on the carrier, the electrical test device can test the electrical performance of the microchip picked up by the pick-up device without a positioning operation, thereby reducing the error caused by inaccurate positioning of the electrical test device.
