Abstract:
A microfluidic chip (10), and a method applied to space omics sequencing and glass slide labeling, the microfluidic chip (10) comprising: a first chip (11). The first chip (11) comprises a chip base (111) and several microfluidic channels (112) arranged on the chip base (111). The chip base (111) comprises a sample injection hole region (a), a sample labeling region (b), and a sample discharge hole region (c). The sample injection hole region (a) is provided with several sample injection holes (113). The sample labeling region (b) is a corresponding region on a sample covered by the chip base (111) on a glass slide. The number of the microfluidic channels (112) is the same as that of the sample injection holes (113). There are intervals between several microfluidic channels (112), and each microfluidic channel (112) communicates with one sample injection hole (113). The sample discharge hole region (c) is provided with sample discharge holes (114) whose number is less than that of the sample injection holes (113), and communicates with the microfluidic channels (112). The number of sample discharge holes (114) is reduced so as to increase the number of sample injection holes (113), thereby improving the number of labeling combinations of the sample, and also increasing the labeling area of the sample.
