Abstract:
A microlens array (30) in which a plurality of microlenses (31) are aligned and arranged comprises a low-refractive-index layer (60) that includes a hollow filler and a medium, is formed on the plurality of microlenses, and has a smaller refractive index than the plurality of microlenses. In the low-refractive-index layer, the ratio of white pixels in a binarized plan view image is 76 percent or less.
