Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microneedle patch capable of continuously monitoring or detecting an in-vivo analyte, such as blood glucose levels, without causing pain or skin injury. The microneedle patch for detecting an in-vivo analyte at least comprises: a first transdermal microneedle disposed upright on the patch, an electrochemical reaction cell is integrated in the first transdermal microneedle, the analyte reacts or interacts with a detection component in the electrochemical reaction cell, thus forming an electrical signal, and the concentration level of the analyte is reflected by detecting the magnitude of the electrical signal; the present invention likewise relates to a preparation method for a microneedle patch; and relates to a detection apparatus comprising the microneedle patch, the apparatus converting electrical signals into digital signals which indicate the concentration level of the analyte; the microneedle patch is wearable, and the utilization process is painless, simple and economical.
