Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a cold storage device that refrigerates and stores a species of microorganism of an aerobic microorganism group, said aerobic microorganism group including at least one species of aerobic microorganism that breaks down oil/fat included in an oil/fat-including wastewater; and a breeding tank that breeds the species of microorganism to produce a microorganism preparation, wherein the cold storage device is used to keep the species of microorganism of the aerobic microorganism group in a live state, the breeding tank is used to breed the species of microorganism periodically to produce a prescribed microorganism preparation, a microorganism preparation automatic injection device that injects the produced prescribed microorganism preparation into the oil/fat-including wastewater is used, a substance with a population density of 1×107CFU/mL to 5×109CFU/mL is refrigerated and stored in the cold storage device as the species of microorganism, breeding is performed with the breeding tank using a prescribed volume of the species of microorganism as a source material, the microorganism preparation, which has a population density of 1×107CFU/mL to 2×1010CFU/mL, is produced in a volume that is 50 to 500 times the aforementioned prescribed volume, and the produced microorganism preparation is injected into the oil/fat-including water.
