Abstract:
Disclosed is a miniature high-speed bearing specifically for use in a dental handpiece, comprising a bearing, wherein a bearing sleeve (1) is provided outside the bearing, the bearing sleeve (1) comprises a choke portion (2) covering an upper end face of the bearing, and a via hole corresponding to a hole on the bearing is provided in a middle part of the choke portion (2); a connecting part (4) closely fitting on a side face of the bearing; and an extension part (3) which is folded outwardly and is used for fixing on a machine head of the dental handpiece. The present invention uses the bearing sleeve (1) to form a flange bearing, and the bearing sleeve (1) is simple in structure and can directly be made by pressing, and has a good fixing effect and operating effect. The bearing sleeve has a good sealing effect, without obvious spillover phenomenon of a greasing substance during use, and the bearing sleeve can mitigate heat expansion and cold contraction of the bearing during the operating process, so that the bearing can operate stably within the dental handpiece, and on the other hand, the wall thickness of the bearing is increased, and the double-layered structure can have silencing and damping effects, thereby significantly improving the usage effect and safety and degree of sanitation of the dental handpiece.
