The present invention relates to the technical field of electrical power equipment. Disclosed is a miniaturized module-integrated 400 V low-voltage switch cabinet, comprising a framework, a housing, a main bus and a vertical busbar, wherein the main bus is led to the top of the switch cabinet; and the vertical busbar is arranged in the switch cabinet, and the vertical busbar is correspondingly connected to the main bus by means of a main lead. The switch cabinet comprises multiple layers of unitized compartments, wherein one circuit breaker and one cable connection and integration module are arranged inside the compartment in each layer; an upper outgoing line terminal and a lower outgoing line terminal of the circuit breaker are correspondingly connected to the vertical busbar and the cable connection and integration module respectively by means of an upper lead-out line and a lower lead-out line; a partition plate is arranged between the upper lead-out line and the lower lead-out line; the cable connection and integration module is integrated with a current transformer and a voltage measurement lead-out contact; and the cable connection and integration module is integrated with a cable-side connection pile head, which satisfies the direct connection form of a plug-in type tapered cable joint.
