Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a miniaturized pattern reconfigurable pixel antenna and an application method. The antenna comprises a substrate, a main radiating antenna and a plurality of pixel units. Switch units are used for horizontal connection, vertical connection and bevel direction connection between adjacent pixel units. The switch units comprise a first switch unit arranged horizontally, a second switch unit arranged vertically, and a third switch unit and a fourth switch unit that are arranged in a bevel direction. The first switch unit, the second switch unit and the third switch unit are arranged on one surface of the substrate, and the fourth switch unit is arranged on the other surface of the substrate. The plurality of pixel units are arranged according to a preset arrangement rule to form a pixel antenna array, so as to adjust the maximum radiation direction of the antenna within an angle range of a pattern. The method of the present invention is applied to the reconfigurable pixel antenna. By means of the present invention, when the same pattern angle adjustment range is realized, the number of required pixel units can be reduced, thereby reducing the costs of an antenna.
