Abstract:
A mixed powder for an annealing separating agent having MgO as a main ingredient, wherein the mixed powder contains Al and B, the content of Al in the entire mixed powder is 0.0007 to 0.050 mass%, the content of B in the entire mixed powder is 0.005 to 0.040 mass%, B contains 3-fold coordinated boron, the average particle diameter of the mixed powder is 0.08 to 9.0 µm, and following equation (1) is satisfied. Equation (1): 0.06≦[Al]/[BO3]<5.00. In the equation (1), [Al] represents the content (mass%) of Al in the mixed powder, and [BO3] represents the content (mass%) of 3-fold coordinated boron in the mixed powder.
