Abstract:
A mixer 1 includes an inner pipe 20 and an outer pipe 21. The inner pipe 20 is inserted into the outer pipe 21. One end 201 of the inner pipe 20 is located in the outer pipe 21, and inside the inner pipe is a first channel 20c to circulate a first fluid, which is one of a liquid or a gas. A second channel 21c is formed between the inner face of the outer pipe 21 and the outer face of the inner pipe 20. The second channel 21c circulates a second fluid, which is the other of a liquid or a gas. In the mixer 1, the first fluid flows via the first channel 20c and the second fluid flows via the second channel 21c into a downstream side region 18 in the outer pipe 21, and a flow of a gas-liquid mixed-phase fluid, in which the liquid and the gas flow intermittently, is formed in the downstream side region 18. A device for generating fluids containing fine bubbles applies high pressure to the gas-liquid mixed-phase fluid from the mixer 1 under back pressure regulation.
