Provided is a mobile decontamination apparatus that can completely and uniformly decontaminate a room and equipment in a room, and is particularly effective for the decontamination of the interior of a room having a large area and the interiors of a plurality of rooms. The mobile decontamination apparatus has a decontamination solution discharging device and an indoor mobile device. The decontamination solution discharging device is provided with: a decontamination solution tank; at least one mist generating device for atomizing a decontamination solution; a driving circuit for controlling the driving of the mist generating device; and at least one mist discharge port for discharging mists of the decontamination solution that have been generated by the mist generating device into a room. The indoor mobile device is provided with: a track disposed in the room; and a traveling device for causing the decontamination solution discharging device to travel along the track.
