Abstract:
The present technology relates to a mobile object control device, a mobile object control method, and a mobile object that enable a user to take necessary actions appropriately with respect to a mobile object that performs autonomous driving. This mobile object control device comprises: a driving environment condition acquisition unit that acquires driving environment conditions to be used for setting the level of autonomous driving for a mobile object; an action planning unit that creates, on the basis of the acquired driving environment conditions, an itinerary including a route and the level of autonomous driving to be applied to each section on the route, and creates a coping method with respect to an autonomous driving-restricted section, which is a section where autonomous driving is restricted; and an output control unit that controls presentation of guidance information including the coping method to a user. The action planning unit sets or changes the itinerary according to the coping method selected by the user. The present technology is applicable to, for example, autonomous driving vehicles.
