A mobile radio communication system (100) includes: a virtual private network relay device (105) for establishing an Ipsec tunnel with a network relay device (104) arranged in a private network (102) via a public network (101) and establishing an Ipsec tunnel with a mobile radio terminal device (110), thereby relaying connection from a public radio LAN system (103) of a mobile radio terminal device (110) to a private network (102); a connection authentication server (108) for authenticating the connection to the public radio LAN system (103) of the mobile radio terminal device (110); and a radio LAN access point (109) for relaying the connection authentication procedure of the public radio LAN (107) performed between the mobile radio terminal device (110) and the connection authentication server (108).
