Abstract:
A mobile station (UE) is provided with a reporting unit (23) which is so configured as to report both of the radio quality in a carrier within a first frequency band and the radio quality in a carrier within a second frequency band if the radio quality in the carrier within the first frequency band is lower than a first threshold and so configured as to report only the radio quality in the carrier within the first frequency band if the radio quality in the carrier within the first frequency band is higher than a second threshold.
