Abstract:
A model-driven method and apparatus for an intelligent operation and maintenance middleground portal. The method comprises: each service component of an intelligent operation and maintenance middleground constructing a contact model file of each scenario according to a contact model specification (S101); a contact capability management module storing the contact model file of each scenario according to a specification of one scenario in one directory (S102); and after a contact model analyzer scans and analyzes, according to a scenario value of a set scenario, contact model files that are available for matching, the contact capability management module collecting contact model data from matched contact model files, and aggregating the collected contact model data according to the scenario, so as to provide a middleground portal according to the scenario by means of binding a middleground user with the scenario (S103).
