Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer and a rubber composition comprising same, and provides a modified conjugated diene-based polymer comprising: a modification initiator-derived unit; a conjugated diene-based monomer-derived repeating unit; and a modifier-derived unit, wherein the modified conjugated diene-based polymer satisfies the conditions of i) a weight average molecular weight of at least 1,000,000 g/mol, ii) a glass transition temperature of at most -40°C, iii) N content of at least 70 ppm with respect to the total weight of the polymer, iv) Si content of at least 70 ppm with respect to the total weight of the polymer, and v) a coupling number higher than 2.5 and lower than 5.0.
