Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer and a rubber composition comprising same, and provides a modified conjugated diene-based polymer comprising a first polymer chain and a second polymer chain each of which comprises a conjugated diene-based monomer-derived repeating unit and a nitrogen-containing modified initiator-derived unit, wherein the first polymer chain comprises, at at least one end thereof, a unit derived from an aminoalkoxysilane-based modifier, the second polymer chain comprises, at at least one end thereof, a unit derived from an aminoepoxy-based modifier, and the aminoalkoxysilane-based modifier comprises at least six alkoxy groups in a molecule.
