Abstract:
The present invention provides a modified polyimide comprising a structure represented by chemical formula 1 containing a curable functional group as a terminal group, and a curable composition containing the same. The modified polyimide according to the present invention can provide a highly transparent, colorless transparent polyimide film by suppressing transmittance degradation and color change due to curing. Particularly, the modified polyimide according to the present invention has properties suitable for application not only to interlayer insulating films of a display substrate and a semiconductor device, a passivation film, a buffer coat film, an insulating film for a multilayer printed circuit board, an insulating film of an OLED but also to a protective film of a thin film transistor of a liquid crystal display element, etc.
