Abstract:
A modular desulfurization, denitration, VOC removal, and dust removal integrated system, comprising: a dust gas chamber (6), wherein at least one air inlet is formed on the top of the dust gas chamber (6), and at least one dust outlet is formed on the bottom of the dust gas chamber (6); an air inlet pipeline, wherein the air outlet end of the air inlet pipeline is communicated with the air inlet of the dust gas chamber (6); a desulfurization catalyst spraying device (30) provided in the air inlet pipeline; a plurality of filtering members (7) loaded with a denitration catalyst, wherein the plurality of filtering members (7) arranged in the dust gas chamber (6), and a gap is formed between two adjacent filtering members (7); an air purification chamber, wherein the air purification chamber is provided at one side of the dust gas chamber (6), and an air flow in the dust gas chamber (6) flows through the filtering members (7) and then enters the air purification chamber; and an air outlet pipeline, wherein the air inlet end of the air outlet pipeline is communicated with the air outlet of the air purification chamber. The modular desulfurization, denitration, VOC removal, and dust removal integrated system can effectively reduce raised dust and achieve the collaborative treatment of desulfurization, denitration, and dust removal, and can be transported to a site for assembly after factory processing, thereby shortening a construction period, reducing a cost, and reducing site occupation.
