Abstract:
A modular rapping dust remover (1), comprising: a dust-air chamber (6), wherein at least one air inlet is provided in the top of the dust-air chamber (6), and at least one dust outlet is provided in the bottom of the dust-air chamber (6); an air intake pipeline, wherein an air output end of the air intake pipeline is in communication with the air inlet of the dust-air chamber (6); a plurality of filtering members (7), wherein the plurality of filtering members (7) are arranged inside the dust-air chamber (6), and a gap is provided between two adjacent filtering members (7); at least one rapping device (9) arranged in the dust-air chamber (6), wherein the rapping device (9) can drive the plurality of filtering members (7) to vibrate; at least one air purification chamber, wherein the air purification chamber is arranged on one side of the dust-air chamber (6), and an airflow in the dust-air chamber (6) flows through the filtering members (7) and then enters the air purification chamber; and an air output pipeline, an air intake end of the air output pipeline being in communication with an air outlet of the air purification chamber. By means of the modular rapping dust remover (1), flying dust can be effectively reduced, and dust cleaning and regeneration of the filtering members (7) can be achieved; and the modular rapping dust remover can be machined in a factory and transported to a site for assembly, thereby saving on construction time, decreasing costs and reducing site occupancy.
