Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a molded product inspection method which can accurately detect a gelled product (transparent foreign substance) in the inspection of a transparent molded product. Also, to provide a box packing device and a control device with which a stable work can be performed when accommodating an object in a box. [Solution] Provided is a method of inspecting a transparent molded product (for example, a container 1) formed by molding a resin material. A lighting device 2 is installed behind the molded product, a camera 3 is installed at a facing position with the molded product therebetween, a light shielding part 4 is provided in the lighting device 2 to partially block irradiation light, and the molded product is photographed by the camera 3. The light shielding part 4 is provided bilaterally asymmetrically with respect to the lighting device 2. Furthermore, an optical axis of the camera may be tilted at a predetermined angle with respect to a center line connecting the center of the lighting device 2 and the center of the container 1. This box packing device comprises: an arrangement means that holds, as a one-stage molded product, a plurality of molded products placed on a transport table, moves the molded product to an upper side of an auxiliary table, and arranges the one-stage molded product on the auxiliary table or at least the one-stage molded product placed on the auxiliary table; and a pressing means that is disposed with the auxiliary table between the pressing means and an opening of a box, and moves in a direction closer to the opening of the box to press a multi-stage molded product placed on the auxiliary table so as to slide inside the box.
